A Czech Republic e-vignette is a digital toll payment system that allows vehicles to legally use motorways and expressways. It replaces the traditional physical sticker and is electronically linked to the vehicle’s license plate. No physical item is issued — everything is handled digitally.

All vehicles up to 3.5 tons (passenger cars, SUVs, vans) are required to have a valid e-vignette when using toll roads in the Czech Republic. Motorcycles and trailers do not need one. Certain electric, hydrogen, and hybrid vehicles may also be exempt — check eligibility before purchasing.
